5 Free WordPress Plugins For Bloggers
WordPress plugins are like apps for your blog. WordPress is my favourite CMS tool and what I use here at Creative Sabrina. I thought I would share a few of my favourite WordPress plugins that are great for bloggers.
Google Analytics Counter Tracker. If you’re looking to grow your blog, no tool is more important than Google Analytics. Google Analytics for WordPress is without a doubt the simplest and most complete Google Analytics tracking plugin I’ve come across. I can see all my stats from the dashboard!
WordPress Editorial Calendar. This is one of my very favourite plugins. It helps keep me organised! This is where you can schedule posts, see what’s coming up and drag and drop your drafts into the schedule as needed. With a calendar view, it makes posting in advance easy.
WordPress SEO. This popular SEO tool has taken my posts from basic SEO to great SEO. You can use the tools in this plugin as you’re creating your posts to get the most from your keywords that will help you get found by Google. I use it on every single post and page and it’s simple.
All In One WP Security & Firewall. My favourite basic security plugin. This plugin adds an extra layer of protection. It helps to add some extra security and firewall to your site by using a security plugin that enforces a lot of good security practices.
Disqus. Making it easy for others to comment on reply on your blog. Disqus gives readers the chance to login with their social network accounts, blocks spam, allows you to subscribe to comments and connects with a larger community. Many blogs use disqus and I think it’s the best comment system for WordPress.
I’d love to know what other plugins you like to use!
